What is a vector logo?
A vector logo design is a graphic (line art) image that is created in a platform that allows the logo to be scalable. You can reproduce your logo on things as small as a pen, or blow it up to print on a billboard or blimp—either way the design will always print crisp and clean.
How many logo design revisions do I receive?
Well, that depends on the package you choose. You’ll receive 1 revision round to finalize your design if you choose the starter logo package. However, if you’ve chosen the silver or platinum you’ll recieve 4 revisions to finalize. If for any reason you need more revision rounds they are only charged $25 per round.
What is the turnaround time for my logo design project?
This depends on the package you chose. We will need 2 business days for the Starter Logo Package, and we’ll need 4 business days for the initial design work on both the Silver and Platinum packages. If you need your logo design faster, and are willing to pay to expedite it, we do have rush services available.
What happens if I don’t like my initial logo design proof?
If you don’t like the initial design proof, we will start over. Obviously, this time we’ll need a clearer understanding of the design you’re looking for so we can bring it in line with the look your trying to acheive.
What files do I receive once my logo is finalized?
Once the logo design has been approved, we will send the file in four different formats: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .jpg – (if you need other formats, just aks!).
How long will it take for my website design to be completed?
We can normally complete a theme based website design within 1 to 2 weeks from the time we start as long as we receive the necessary items from you (logo, final text, graphics to customize the theme, etc.).
Do you require a deposit to start my project?
Yes. If a project totals $300 or less, full payment is required before work begins. If your project total is $301 or more, a 50% deposit is required to start the job and the remaining balance will be due once work is completed. However, if project is delayed due to the client, full payment can be requested anytime.
How many web design revisions do I receive to finalize my project?
All theme-based website projects will receive 2 revision rounds to finalize the project once all content and images have been uploaded. We normally don’t see multiple changes since we’re customizing the framework of your chosen design theme. However, if we are creating a completely custom design for a WordPress (CMS) site, then the terms will be negotiated with you in your contract.
I’ve heard that there are hidden costs associated with web design services. Is this true?
No. We discuss your website project thoroughly to explain any future costs, so you can expect them. Let’s recap here: There are 3 components that make a website work, those things being the domain name, hosting, and web design files. Although it is possible to come back for upgrades and modifications the only ongoing annual costs will be your domain name (around $10 for the year paid directly to GoDaddy.com or another hosting company), and hosting (around $15/month).
Do you guarantee that my site will always be available?
No web hosting company can guarantee 100% uptime, however, we can say that our preferred hosting company has had a 99.9% uptime for many years. If we experience any issues we do have the necessary backups in place to deal with the issue quickly.
Who owns the website once it is completed?
The website belongs to you. All files can be transferred to you for a minimal fee of $55 once the site is completed.
Do you provide other design or marketing services?
Absolutely. We provide a wide variety of services for our clients. The most popular services include: branding, graphic design, web design, printing, online marketing, SEO, social media marketing and copywriting.
